Hello everyone. I have a big problem. I am truying to install fox pro 2.6 for windows under windows xp home edition but, an error message appears saying that cannot find a setup.ini or something like that. I've downloaded the patch beacuse my pc clock is 1ghz.
Please any help will be appeciated

thanks in advance

Ramon

I believe that since the installer used the same speed sensitive technology as FPW, the best (only?) way to do it now is to install it on a slow system then copy it to the fast system either over a network or by way of a CD. (Or if you're patient zipped up to floppies!)

Ramon,
Where did you get your copy of FP2.6? The Setup.INI is the file that contains the "Personalizing" of the install. If you've bought it second hand, you could be in trouble...
Best Regards,
Scott
