Fowarded calls not ringing coverage phones

Here's the scene, sales calls are sent to X153. When he's not there he forwards to X170. 8 other phones in sales have coverage buttons for X170. Here's the problem, fowarded calls do not ring the coverage phones. Is this normal? The reason it's setup this way is Group calling only rings 1 phone at a time, and requires log-in and log-out which is way to much to ask of these sales people.

Per the Feature Iteractions of FORWARD:

"If the Forwarding Delay is programmed to zero rings, when a coverage sender forwards, calls are forwarded and sent to coverage at the same time. Calls received on any type of Cover button are not forwarded."[/color blue]

When you say sent to coverage, do you mean a coverage group?
If so, that presents another problem, all phones are in cover group 30 for VM, I understand you can't be in more than 1 cover group, so cover buttons are the only choice

1 ext can be assigned up to 7 cover groups.

Create a group with X151 assigned to it and create another group w/x170 in it or the 8 exts either way should work. If he wants calls to overflow automatically when he's away, have him turn on DND
