Here's the scene, sales calls are sent to X153. When he's not there he forwards to X170. 8 other phones in sales have coverage buttons for X170. Here's the problem, fowarded calls do not ring the coverage phones. Is this normal? The reason it's setup this way is Group calling only rings 1 phone at a time, and requires log-in and log-out which is way to much to ask of these sales people.
