The Customer has a MICS 7.0. I want to foward the phone to a UK number. I have tried Feature 4 and Feature 84 and it seems to truncate the internation number. I can dial the number from the phone and I can forward the phone to a 10 digit number, but not a 14 or 15 digit number?
Any thoughts?
PS.
Routing is 001, dialout:none, Pool:pri-A
Dest Code is 9,route 001, absorb all
Set- Allow redirect:Y
The public dn lenghts are default which works for dialing- does forward use different settings or public dn lengths?
Thanks,
Mikescience

that'll be a really stupid bug ... I'll check when i have a chance

Meanwhile, you may want try inserting some digits in the routing table

Do you have a restriction filter assiged to the set?

When in doubt RTFM (read the friggin manual)

No set or line filter in place. The set can dial the number.
When you have a dest code of one digit, your absorb choices are all or 0.
Thanks

Yes ...you want to absorb the access code (all)
in the dialout field of Routing table 1 - try inserting some digits
check page 405 - something like that might work

Fixed- Sort of.
Once I change the Public DN lenght for 011 to 15 digits then it worked. It doesn't make sense that the phone could dial the number but not F4 to it. Thanks for the efforts.
