what is the best way to get forwarding off a 3904 phone remotely. The customer has a phone forwarded, and they cant seem to remove the forward.

i did that, and it still forwarded to the number it was previously forwarded too. Key - 19 is nulled. 6990 is voice mail, and will not go there.

what you get in ld 80 trac of that TN? I almost think they are lying to you. Anything in IDC table referencing 6788?

I wiped the phone out, and rebuilt it.....its working.

It might be wise to update the phones firmware in LD 32.

6990 is vm but the fnd and hunt target is 6900, so yeah, it's not going to go to vm. when you rebuilt it, you probly place the correct number in for fdn and hunt and that's why it's working now.

When you nul the Forward key it will still read "Calls Forwarded" on the M3904 set... But the calls will not actually forward any longer.
To clear the set from reading "Calls Forwarded" go to ld 20 and disu the tn and then enlu it back and it will clear the phone set from reading it any more.
