I'm working with a opt81 rls 25.4. Need to know if there is a way to transfer call without having to stay on line until transfer is completed

INTERNAL YES IS CALLED A BLIND TRANSFER,ONCE YOU DIAL THE EXTENSION JUST PUSH THE TRANSFER AGAIN.
EXTERNAL DEPENDS ON ANSWER SUPERVISION

if i want to do blind transfers on external calls is this a different cls.and what are the steps i need to take to check this and make changes
