forwarding to multiple users 1

Hi everyone!

How can I set up a mailbox to forward emails to multiple users. (at least 3)
Under delivery options it only allows 1.

You create a distribution list with those members in it, that' all.

Yup and add the dist. List to the alternate recipient field. I use it quite a bit, works great.

Does anyone know how to add external email addresses to a distribution list, ie. joeschmoe@hotmail.com?

In AD, create a new contact, next add that one to the distribution list.
