Hi,

I am trying to forward a DID to a home number I know the below thread mentions it is possible and states you have to make a change in the CDB. How do I go about doing this and are their any repercussions. I tried the CFW 16 and the external number but it only works for internal people calling the DID,
thanks

No you don't need to force a backup, is should do it
Automaticly in MIDS.

I did this but I am stuck at

REQ CHG
TYPE FCR_DATA
CUST 0
NCFR??? (IT DOES NOT GIVE ME >OPT)?

NFCR New Flexible Code Restriction nfcr-1
(NO) Do not enable New Flexible Code Restriction
YES Enable New Flexible Code Restriction
To build an IDC table in LD 49, NFCR and IDCA must
be set to YES. NFCR is prompted with New Flexible
Code Restriction (NFCR) package 49.

Try hitting the enter key until you get to OPT.

On my system I got the OPT prompt just like it shows above.
