Hi,
We have just been taken over by another company and they require email for certain addresses to be forwarded to email addresses in their mail system.
I have set up an external contact with the correct SMTP address and I am able to select them from the address book and send emails.
However, if I forward the email to the external contact using the option in Delivery Options (Exchange Gerneral Tab) inbound emails from the internet fail to forward. The message I receive back is

contact your system administrator.

We are running Exchange 5.5 and 2003 in the same organisation. Any help to get around the problem will be welcome.
Thanks
