Hey everyone, thanks so much to all the helping hands out there.

One last question....

Right now, I can only forward copies of email to internal addresses... from inside AD, i open the user account, choose "Exchange general" and then delivery options...

i can only select internal accounts, not an external (i.e. a hotmail address.) Is there anyway to set this up so an account will forward a copy of each message to a users hotmail, yahoo, earthlink email addresses?

Create a contact record in the AD. Set the SMTP address to the external email address. Then forward messages to both the mailbox and the contact record.

Where can I go to create a contact record... just inside AD, by clicking on the user? Do we need to create a new "shell user" and specify this external address as this contacts main email address - then just forward to this contact?
Or is it in exchange management console? Sorry, I am learning exchange each day, and the books I have are pretty lousy.

Thanks man, i appreciate the help.

In the AD, instead of choosing "users" look above "users" and you will see "contacts". That where you want to create the mail that you want to forward.
