Does anyone know how or if you can forward a personal co line to a number outside of the PBX (Def G3V9)? When trying to use the LEC forwarding code from the brdg-appr we get waive off.
thanks
Vic

I think that if u put a 'trk-flash' button on the phone u can do it.

P.S. For the best response to a question, please read FAQ222-2244. Also give the type & version of your voice mail & pbx system & preview your post to make sure it is complete & understandable. Be aware that if u don't answer a question, I usually will not continue to help u. Please leave a post on how u fixed the problem too.

Thanks for your response. In the meantime, I convinced the location that a DID number was a better option. I'll remember the "trk-flash" button and try it if I run into this scenario again.

I do have another question you may be able to help with.

I have 2 sites using centralized attendant service. Currently the operator at the primary attendant activates attendant night service and sends calls for both sites to an external alert (TAAS) at the primary site (Definty G3V8 -both sites).
I would like to route the night service to a central auto-attendant in the voicemail. Can I simply remove the TAAS port on the console parameters form and insert a night service destination in the "night service act. ext" field to make this happen?
