Hello,
We have a customer with a MICS and Call Pilot 150. The have analog DID's as well. The following is happening on ONLY ONE SET, all other sets work fine. When an incoming DID call rings on the set it will only go to the proper mailbox if the FNA is set to 2 rings or less. If this is set any higher the call goes to the general delivery.
Calls internally always work regardless of the FNA settings.

The prime set on the target line is the set itself
Transfer call back is set to 6 rings
DRT to prime is 6 as well.

I think your DID line is also set to ring another set even maybe a phantom DN. CFNA on the phantom DN may be set to 2 rings.
I would suggest you remove the received digits for the target line and assign the received digits to an unused target line and assign this new target line to your set.

Another way to make it work is to assign the DID as a private line to the right extension. If this target line is on another phone unknowingly, this would remove it from all phones except the one it is assigned to.

Its asigned on aother ext some where,You could remove it from that set and then call it and you may get that ext mail box,You have two intcom key right. Its sounds like that ext that its is going to has not int there mail box...
