When forwarding an internal ext to external number, using a phantom tn, is there a way to have the voice mail go to our call pilot and not to the voice mail that the call is forwarding too?

thanks

does "tele" mean telephone or phantom TN? do you mean add in the cls "fna" of the phantom TN?

thanks

If you DCFW from "A" (A=your PBX) to "B" (B=the outside number), your PBX loses control of the call. The only way to get it back into your voice mail system is to modify the way "B" acts upon no answer.

Nobody here but you knows what "B" is. If B is one of your PBXs too, then just set the FDN of that to the full number of your voice mail system.

I suspect "B" is someones cell phone. If so, tell the Cell company to "forward no answer" that line to your voice mail systems main number. Then add the cell number into the voice mailbox DN list.
