I've tried several ways of doing this to no avail (other than totally screwing them up).

I have an office with 4101 as my DN and 5101 is the rollover then to voicemail. I also have the server room with 4106 as DN but no voicemail/rollover. Some days I'm in the server room all day, others not at all.

What I'd like to have is the server room line 4106 on my office phone also, but if I don't pick it up, go to my 4101 voicemail. I'd also like to have my regular number 4101 in the server room also.

First off, how do I just duplicate the 4101/5101 on another set. I think it's as simple as copying the set but leaving my office phone set with MARP.

Then, I can do the same with 4106 and if it doesn't go to voicemail, that's fine, it never did before, and people will get used to dialing my regular number to get me at either location anyway.

if you're using meridian mail just make 4106 an appearance in your 4101 mailbox (I think it's called Extension DN but it's been a long time since i've worked on meridian mail). then put an appearance of it on your main set and make it the MARP DN. If you want to leave 4106 as the primary DN in the server room just add your 4101 and 5101 exts to this phone and leave the MARP on the original 4101 set, or you can just copy your phone 4101 to the 4106 set and have 4106 as an appearance on both phones. hope this wasn't too confusing. Post back if it was.

your best bet is to have both numbers on both sets,ld 11

that's the basic for changing keys, then go into vm and put both (all) your ext on one mb and light mwk where ever you want to. best thing is to have different key 0 for each phone, the fnd and hunt to vm will be controled by the set that the number is marped on. if some numbers want mail, marp them on the set that has fna hta in the cls + hunt=xxxx fdn=xxxx, then marp any lines that don't need vm to your other set. to change the marp location, re-enter the key and at the marp=yes
