If I edit UserA in AD and forward all of thier mail to UserB making sure to deliver the mail to both mailboxes, is there any way for UserA to know that the mail is being forwarded? If so, how?

I would say the user would not know. We had a situation where we had copied a new user from another user and the previous user had e-mail forwarded to another person. The new user inherited that setting and we only found out by accident that it was happening. The user never knew.

Just curious, where is the setting in Exchange to make sure it's delivered to both mailboxes. Is in the same tab that you use to forwarded the e-mails? I don't recall seeing that option.

Yes. On the Exchange General tab there is a check box for delivering mail to forward address and mailbox.

In testing this I have found that if UserA requests a delivery receipt they will get one specifying that UserB received the message as well as whoever the messgae was sent to. If they request a read receipt UserB has the option of sending one or not.

Does anyone know a way of turning off delivery receipts from one mailbox?

Ethically speaking this could be illegal infact if you're in the UK it is.

If you monitor forward intrude in anyway you must inform the user. So in your IT policy you must state that you can do this sort of thing.

We had a similar situ, depending on how many users it is (We needed 3) we setup a separate store and did journalling...

This is not a legal issue, we handle this in our HR policies. We are not in the UK.

If I have Exchange standard can I have multiple stores?

If you have Standard Edition Exchange, you can only have a single mailbox store.
