Forwarding mail to one internal address

Hi all,

We are having issues with someone externally sending emails to multiple people within our organisation on the same topic, and getting confused with many different repsonses, so we'd like to divert all incoming mail from that address to one email account - is this possible through Lotus Notes?
We are running Domino Server 5.08 on a W2K Server with SP3, and the clients are 5.08

The easyest would be to have an incoming rule in each notes mail database for all users except the one that will keep the email, and set that rule to move the email to a trash folder, or to delete it ( always rude to do that ! ).
