Hi,

I'm sure it is possible, but don't know how.
I can set a rule by finding the user in A/D, choosing Exchange general -> Delivery options and then selecting forward to -> then modifying to one address only.

Is there a way to forward mail to more than one recipient using A/D?

Many thanks.

You can choose to forward to a distribution group.

A person has left where I work.
They do not want to close her account just yet, but to forward her mail to two people who are now doing her job.

I can't log in as the person who has left to create a forward rule in oputlook so wanted to do it in Outlook.
I was wondering if there was a way to do it without creating a group.

It is no big issue. I'll just create a group.

Thanks

Why couldn't you log in as them? Change the accounts password and logon to their system.

I'm Certifiable, not cert-ified.
It just means my answers are from experience, not a book.

There are no more PDC's! There are DC's with FSMO roles!

You could just grant yourself full access to their mailbox and then open it under a different Outlook profile and create a rule that way.
