Help!!
Is there an easy way to forward someone’s mail from internal to an external Internet address, they are setup internal but are never in the building and use their personal mail account at home.

Yup. Set-up a custom recipient with the external address and then go into the users mailbox, go to the "Delivery Options" tab and select the custom recipient as the "alternate recipient".

Does IMC have to be setup for this to work? Our exchange server is setup to deal with internal mail only. Our clients have one email internal account, and one POP3 account for external mail (ISP) entered into Outlook.

Yes, in order to be able to send mail to the internet the IMC must be installed.

You can set up the IMC to only send outgoing messages and not receive anything which might be usefull in your situation

Thanks, I will try instlling IMC to only send outgoing messages, and not recieve.
