Forwarding in IP Office

Hi. Does anybody know how to forward an extension to any number (internal/external) without the call coming back to forwarding extension's voicemail? To put it simply, I want my extension to be able to forward calls, and the forwarded call should not go back to my voicemail if nobody answers on the number where I forward the call to.

I'm ung IP406v2 with 4.0.7
