I hope someone answers you man, cause I have a hunt group who's night service once was an analog (a standard 500 type phone line out of the Avaya) CO input to a dedicated answering service type server. That worked great! Now THAT server gor upgraded to one that only has a PRI connection to the Avaya, and the Avaya "tandems" calls over into it.
Basically, I need a way to "night call forward", or even simply a mechanism to call forward the hunt group to the answering service server again.
Right now we are manually programming the hunt group DN to a non used DN, making the real DN unassigned. All calls coming into unused DN's go to the afore mentioned answering service server. It's not a very elegant method of operating, although it works.
