Forwarding external from Hunt Group extension

Scenario:
Hunt group consists of 2 pnones, IP(x2500) and an Analog(x-2501), when someone calls HG-2505, x2500 and 2501 rings.
They want to be able to control the forwarding from the IP phone, so when they walk away calls go to a Cell Phone. They come back to office(x-2500), take off forwarding.
Can this be done and through a Hunt Group scenario?

set up forwarding or twinning depending on the service you have on ext 2500 with a button to turn on and off.

Hunt Group is 2505 with x-2500 and x-2501 in it.
I would like the User(x-2500) to control the forwarding(for HG 2505), if possible?

Set the cell as Out of Service destination and use a button to set the group OOS.

I like your way, easier, but
I thought I needed to create a dummy user in a dummy Hunt Group to have Call Forward to Cell phone, then go to Hunt Group I want forwarded and put the dummy Hunt Group as the OOS Fallback, then create a button on the set to control Forwarding of Hunt Group.

Depends on the IPO version. Since 10.0 (or 9.1 - not sure) it's possible to choose not only other hunt groups as target but also short codes.
