Help needed on call forwarding abnd voicemail:
User A has left the company and I forwarded all calls (Unconditionallly) to User B.
Turned off Vmail for user A. When I call user A, I can see that User B extension rings, but it does not go to User B's voicemail if they don't answer. It just keeps ringing.
I know User B's voicemail works when I call that number directly.
What am I missing?
