Hello - The phone has two additional lines added for the managers person will be taking calls for. However, she also has another physical Cisco phone - total two phones; each from a different company.
On the one I have control of and where the two lines were added to the phone, can those two lines be configured to ring on the secondary phone? We know the second phone's number. This may be possible but unsure. I have delve into the lines themselves but then forwarding there will actually forward all calls to the second number, we still one the managers to be able to pick up calls, etc.
Thanks for any information.

Are these phones on the same call manager, or different call managers?

It's basically two different companies so each have their own Cisco phone server/CCM. The phone system are not joined, etc. Each on a different network but network connection repositioned to one of their cisco gateways setup not long ago. If the user was only requiring one phone - ours - it wouldnt be an issue since she al;ready has a phoen with the two lines configured. It;s the other organizations cisco phone next to it that we'd like these two lines -added in our phone - to ring as well in their phone. Hopefully that's not confusing.

you'll have to integrate the two systems if you want them to interact together. An intercluster trunk should do it and it is very simple

I was hoping there's be a setting to immediately forward the calls to the other phone. maybe in the "Call Forward and Call Pickup Settings" or perhaps a "rule" that a call comes to that extension somehow have it also forward the call to the other number, using the entire second's phone number. Thanks again.

How would that be possible without some sort of integration? It's two different phone systems, they just happen to be on the same location.

Setup mobility on the phones. Assocate the other phone numbers as remote destinations. Setup your remote destination profile to reference the remote destination of the other phone number. Apply mobility to the phones. Mobility softkey will appear on the phone, hit mobility, bam enabled. A call comes into 555XXXX will ring once and will start to ring 555YYYY while still ringing 555XXXX. Typically this used with cell phones but there's no reason why it shouldn't work with any number.

What version of CM?

Let me know if this helps,

Thanks. That does sound possible, we have call manager business edition 7.1.
