Forwarding an external line to a DID with voice mail

I need to have an external number call forwarded to one did number and ensure the DID voice mail will pick up these calls .
We have made numerous tests and I we were unable to make it work .
as example :
A) External number 514-555-5555
B) Internal did number 514-734-xxxx with a hunt fna to Call Pilot

A has been call forwarded to B
B can answer the calls from A but if busy or no answer , the Call Pilot will answer that 514-555-5555 has no voice mail

We tried to call forward A to an ACD with a NCFW to 514-734-xxxx
but we had the same results

We tried creating a Menu in the Call Pilot to route B to A , but
we had the same results ...the Call Pilot always answers that B has no voice mail .

Any one has a trick to do that ?

In the voice mail box for B add the Extension DN 5555 (or whatever number it is reading back to you.)Then go back to your first forwarding scenario

Just to keep you aware that this issue has been solved.
In the call pilot mail box 514-734-xxxx all I had to do was
to enter a second DN in tghe mail box .
I had tried entering 5555 and it did not work ( our mail bix is at 4 digits)
I also have tried entering 514-555-5555 as second DN and it did not worked either, the system was telling me that the number
514-555-5555 had no mail box in this system ..

I spoke to a tech and he told me to try entering only the 7 digit number 555-5555 ... hard to believe but it did work !
