Forwarding all calls to greeting

I have a customer with a MICS and Call Pilot and they want to be able to forward all calls to a greeting for "out to lunch" or "closed for holiday". I have tried feature 4 with no luck (largely cause I don't know what ext. to forward to). Any help is appreciated.

1. first you edit an app including two announcements routed by the time in the app-builder.
2. you define the each ext-DN as a service-DN and the app-name is the same app edited first.
3. if you do like this, the ext can not have his/her mailbox.

Set up ringing service for the AA and record an afternoon greeting and set the timer.
