Ok, is it possible to forward a query to a different DNS, and how do I do it?
I own a domain, call it example.co.uk, and I have a DNS server at home. I want to catch some of the subnets of example.co.uk, e.g. local.example.co.uk for various reasons.
So I created a forward lookup zone called example.co.uk and set a CNAME for the local. subdomain.
I then added my webspace DNS address (ns01.one.com) as the name server, in the hope anything apart from local. would go out to this other DNS.
Is there anyway to do what I want to do?
