Forwarding 4 digit calling internal office extension to Caller ID external

I have enabled mobile twinning at my desk and also separately I have the ARS setup to transmit only a 4 digit extension when the office calls my cell, so that I can see who is calling me (4 digit internal extension) when they call my cell directly instead of seeing the traditional generic main office presented CLI calling me. This works great......

.....Now... for when people call my desk and the twinning is activated, it appears on my cellular screen that the my desk and my own internal extension at the office is calling my cell instead of relaying to me the 4 digit extension that is calling my internal extension at the office.

How do I get the 4 digit calling internal extension to show up on my caller id of my cell phone when someone in the office internally calls my 4 digit internal desk phone and it twins to my cell phone??
