Forwarded SIP Calls Dropping When Answered By The User! IPO9.0.3

Hi all,

I have an Avaya IPO 9.0.300.941 with MTS Allstream SIP coming on LAN2.
Incoming, outgoing and twinning works 100%
Only when i forward a phone to a cellphone, the cellphone rings and as soon as i answer the call it drops.
It's not the case with twinning only when forwarded.

Note:
Inhibit Off-Switch Forward/Transfer is unchecked.
We have plenty of channels.
MTS Allstream don't require credential authentication.(static public IP)
Tried with and without RTCP Monitoring.
System status shows that i'm still on the call until i hangup using the cellphone but the originated caller got disconnected.
If i call the extension from and internal phone the call works it's only when an outside caller picks a phone forwarded to the outside.

Any ideas?
