Forwarded emails do not include original message 1

I have <<quotetext>> in the template for forwarding messages, but the message is not being included. This is Goldmine 5.5

Try using the Preferences for email instead.

I have gone to internet preferences and have not found anything apecific relating to forwards (as there is for replys) do I need to use signatures only and not use templates at all for this to work?
