Forward without ring

Hi there!
Scenario:
I have the 2 CEO Secretarys that now have voicemail. CallPilot voicemail is DN 7000
Both secretarys want to manually program the forward to ext 6700

Problem:
When the forward is on, the phone does not ring!!! The call is forwarded automatically.

Here's the configuration of one of the phones.
What do I need to change in order for the forward to WAIT 4 rings before transfering the call?

mdrago - listen to nortellian. Works for me. I don't claim to understand a thing about women, but I think Ms. 6828 'could' possibly desire the person sitting at 6700 to answer her calls if she can't. But if that person at 6700 can't get to it, she wants the call to go to her 6828 voice mailbox. True it takes 8 rings to do it, but hey. I would think that would be the day scenario and for night: CFW (called hard forward by some) her phone to mail thus being corteous. The steps: 1) build a new 2008 (no actual phone set required) on a found TN and set FDN to 7000 make sure CLS has FNA and SFA, it also has to be the MARP) 2) set the FDN on 6828 to the new 2008 and add SFA to CLS 3) assign that new number to a SCR key on 6700 (say NO to MARP) add CLS and SFA also 4) Ms. 6828 doesn't call forward, but after 4 rings it FNA to the new number on 6700s phone 5) if after 4 rings Ms. 6700 can't get to it, it follows the MARP of the new 2008 and FNAs to 7000 which finds the EXTDN in mailbox 6828 and happiness. At night have Ms. 6828 CFW to 7000 and tell her to make a note 6) to cancel CFW start of the next business day.

Thanks a lot guys for the responses.
The end of this story is: I told both secretaries that now the have the "power" the make the forward to 6700 whenever they want, and explain to then that FDN is automatic (no ringing, it's an automatic forward) so that when they "dont't want to be disturbed because they have importants things to do" the FDN will work like a charm because it will cause no ringing on the phone.

Nortelian, thanks for the advice, but I really dont want to mess aroundwith that particular two phones :/

And yes, they DONT KNOW what they want + I dont know nothing about Meridian = total mess!
