Hey guys,

Want to say thank you for all the help in the past, much appreciated. I hope to be in the situation to help others as you guys have.

IPO 500 v2 8.1 - When I have the voicemail to email set to Forward it timestamps the voicemail +5 hours in Visual Voice (example:1:10PM shows as 6:10PM). When I change it to Copy it timestamps the correct time in Visual Voice. Is there any reason behind why this could happen? I can't make sense of it.

We have a Centralized and 2 distributed servers. It was happening at the Centralized server.

Thanks!

Forward shouldn't leave a copy in visual voice, never mind time stamp it wrong :)

Was a fix ever found for this? We are having a similar issue except our messages are showing as - 5 hours behind in visual voice.

We fixed the problem by upgrading to 8.1.73 We were running .63 and Avaya confirmed it was a glitch within the .63 version.

Sorry for not updating, completely spaced this thread out.
