Forward unconditional not forwarding

Hi all.

I have a sip trunk on IPO office and want to forward calls unconditionally to my cellphone.
I have configured the forward tab in manager as well as use short code *07*N# then *01 to turn on and calls still ring on the extension.
What could be wrong?

You can check its status in handset: features> forwarding> forward unconditional.

Do you have twinning on as well? If so, turn it off and see if it makes a difference.

On the handset FWD unconditional is on and there is a breaking tone.

Inhibit Off Switch Forward/Transfer unchecked under both User and System Telephony tabs.

What is the forward destination?

Internal or external?

External forwarding allowed? Did you put the ARS in the destination number?

Do you call the forwarded extension, or the huntgroup this extension is a member of?

Huntgroup type set to cyclical or aequential?

Enabled forward huntgroup calls on the user?

Forwarding is external
I can call the external number from my extension but number requires auth code
external forwarding- more info on this

Try internal forwarding first.

Then, if that works then forward exernal to your mobile.

Check if your mobile is ringing. It could be an audio issue where the connection is setup, but you don't know that because there is no audio.

So you have auth.code for external calls.
You need to bypass that of course....

How can i bypass the auth code? is it possible?
I have same problem. Forward unconditionally is not working with auth code
but forward is success using forward on busy / no answer

previously, when i do in the lab, i am sure i can forward with auth code
difference is success using 9.0.2 , not success using 9.0.4
*i wish i know what i do to make that happen
