Forward unconditional does not work when enabled Forward on Busy and Forward on No Answer

Hi,

I have an IPO Rls 8.1 with a digital frame (E1-R2), analog trunks and digital extension. When I enable forward unconditional to external number (public and mobile) this function does working. But when I also enable forward on no answer and on busy the forward unconditional does not working.

Anyone could help me with this issue?

have you allowed in in SYSTEM settings Telephony--inhibit off-switch Forward/transfer

Use monitor to see what happens, if the ring timeout is set too short it may go to the unconditional forward number but after the ring time expires it will go to the BNA destination.
