Hello,

i have a special request from a customer with an IP 406(V1) 3.0(44) :

1) the boss (ext. 820) make a forward uncond to the secretary(ext 821)
2) an external call for the ext. 820 are coming to the ext 821. The ext 821 can transfert to the 820.
3) When another phone pickup the call and will tranfert to the 820 : the transfert are going to the 821.

I must find a solution to "bypass" the forward.
Have something a solution ?

For info : i have a VMPro licence on this instalation.

Give the other users a button priotity calling.
It will overwrite the cfwall

Discontinue call fwd unconditional, and just route the outside calls to 821

Hello,

How can i contact an extention with a forward uncond. (IP Office ver 3.2 / Phone : 5410).
One user (the IT MAnager) will contact any extention (with or without forward)
I have test a call priority button but it does'nt work.

Create user short code with the DialPhysicalExtensionByID action.
This overules any setting made by the user on that phone.

Example:
The ID of extension 820 is 33
use the following shortcode only for those users who must be able to transfer calls to the boss.
SC = 720
TN = 33
Action = DialPhysicalExtensionByID
LineID = 0
