Forward to Voicemail when DND is on. 1

I have 2 sets that will not go right into voicemail when DND is active. The FWD If BUSY and FWD NO ANS are set to go to VM just like the working sets. The COS is set the same as the working sets as well. Any advice? What could I be missing? Thank You!

(Mitel SX-200 ICP w/4025's)
 
Do the phones have Multicall keys set up on other sets?

Sorry, I try to be more clear.

Does either set have a multicall key programmed on another set.

In form 9, find one of the sets, review key appearances and see if an appearance is on another set.

DND only applies to the local set, not the DN.

Ahh yes! It turns out the lines of the problem sets appeared on an old unused admin set.
