I have an executive who, when he forwards his calls to his secretary, wants the calls to end up in the secretary's voice mail if the call is not answered. I have assigned SFA in the CLS for both phones. I have have his phone set up to FDN & HUNT to the secretary, and I assigned his DN's to buttons on her phone, but the calls still end up in his mailbox. How can I make the unanswered calls stay with the secretary's mailbox?
