I have an executive who, when he forwards his calls to his secretary, wants the calls to end up in the secretary's voice mail if the call is not answered. I have assigned SFA in the CLS for both phones. I have have his phone set up to FDN & HUNT to the secretary, and I assigned his DN's to buttons on her phone, but the calls still end up in his mailbox. How can I make the unanswered calls stay with the secretary's mailbox?
 
take sfa off both sets

I took SFA off both phones, and now when I dial his phone, after he doesn't answer, it forwards to her phone but never goes to vmail...it just keeps ringing?
 
add sfa to just hers

John, when I give just the secy SFA, the forwarded call still goes to his own vmail?
 
Delete the managers voicemail box, and then add his number to the secretaries mailbox. It means that he effectively does not have his own box.
 
Still cant get this to work....I've tried MARPing his DN on her set and the calls still revert bact to his voice mail...any other ideas???
 
Yes, it's a Call Pilot, but we only want his calls to go to her vmail when he forwards his calls to her DN.
 
if none of that works try having him CFXA ing the calls to her DID (full PSTN digits) number, not her extension.
