forward to different numbers based on days

Hi everyone,

My company has special policy due to religion. Normally, after office hours, phone is forwarded to cell phone. But from Friday 5:30 PM ~ Sat 7:30 PM, it has to be forwarded to a different number.

I set the unconditional forward on extension 2400 which is the first phone in the group.

What I do is to manually change the forwarding number in unconditional forwarding every Friday and change it back again on Sat. It is kind of inefficient.

I was wondering if you can give me some hint how to do it smartly.

Appreciate your help in advance.

Normal
Call --> IP Office 406 --> 2400 (extension) --> forward on --> cell phone (1)

Friday 5:30 PM ~ Sat 7:30 PM
Call --> IP Office 406 --> 2400 (extension) --> forward on --> cell phone (2)

could you please tell me how we can know if 403 cannot go up to 4.2 ?

yes, different but you still have the problem of a day of the week profile, so it makes more sense to try your hand out at voicemail pro. click on the help guide when you open the vmpro client and search for test variables. it's easy enough, even for a beginner.

You can't, only 406v2, 412 and 500's go to 4.2 ;-)

The only difficulty is that I work in one man IT department. I maintain everything.
I hope they give me enough time to work on this.

You need to have 2 entries

friday 17:30 to 23:59
Saturday 00:00 to 19:30

to route to wherever

Ha,
I was wrong. With 403 (3.2.61), I can not have different time period for different day.

I still need to setup in Voicemail Pro
