Forward to cell phone instead of voice mail 1

I seem to be missing the steps on how to forward calls to a cell phone rather than voice mail. I need to have two extensions roll to an outside number.
I have a Magix r3 in Key mode.
There are two ways I was thinking of approaching this... I can either have the desk phone ring 4 times and roll to the outside number if not answered or have the receptionist push a button to forward the caller directly to the outside number. I figured the rolling after 4 rings would be easier.

Any help with programming and best practice suggestions are appreciated!

As long as you have trunk 2 trunk transfer, and remote call forawrd, you can put a forward button on the users phone. When they decide to leave the office and want to forward to their cell, they can forward. BUT, it is a little more difficult for the users to remotely unforward.

If possible, I would rather have the forwarding happen automatically then have the user turn it on/off.

You can set DELAY FORWARD with that version of Magix.

That may provide the solution you are looking for.
