Guys:
I have an Option 61C, Rel. 3 and am having an issue with a 2616. Up until today calls were rolling to voicemail on busy. Now internal calls get a busy signal and external calls get a ring no answer and eventually go to the operator. Any ideas?

I should say that I checked the phone and it is not forwarded. I also disabled and enabled the TN. That did not help.

i am unable to post the TN as the pBX terminal is standalone

Thanks, GHTROUT. There have been no changes to the TN. I am the only person that makes changes. CLS does show FBA, FNA, HTA. FDN and HUNT are set to 7000, which is voicemail.

voicemail working? if you were to dial 7000, do you get answered by vm?

Is this the only phone doing it or are all phones doing it?

Verify the MARP, phones dont just do that on their own

Have you done a physical move of wiring and moved the wrong pair/TN? Dial a number with caller ID from that phone and make sure the # is correct.

I feel pretty dumb. It was a MARP issue. I don't know how it would have gottten chaged to one of the 4 phones that have this line appearance. I suspect it never worked and the user just noticed it now. Thanks for all of your help. You guys are great!

GHTROUT: I tested the line and it is rolling to VM on busy since I changed the MARP. Do I still need to change FBA to FBD?

Sorry GHTROUT. I must have been replying at the same time. I will change FBA to FBD.
Thanks!

Wow . . I finally had a semi right answer . . . WAHOO . . you guys are teaching me . .slowly, but it's working!

You are so right. These guys are the best, by far! I have learned more in the last year of watching this site on a daily basis, than I have in the last 5 years.
