I am working on a Mitel SX-200 LW17 with Superset 4025s and 4150s. Our main front desk extensions are 4150s and all other admins have 4025s. All of the 4025s have three Key Lines that are Overflow 1-3 (3501-3503 respectively). Before my time, I was told that those keys rang after three rings of the main phones. This is no longer the case. Is it possible for me to have one or more LDNs forward to these Key Lines after 3 rings?
Thanks!

Looking further, I have for the Console COS (COS 2) Option 107 enables and 118 timer set to 10 seconds. So do I just need to fill in the appropriate values in Form 19 for where to forward the calls to?

Yes, specifically the Attendant Night Access Point - Night 1 is the overflow point.

Sorry, above assumed PRI

Keep in mind it is always the N1 config in form 19 that is the overflow point for whatever is being dialled.

The calls do come in from outside via a PRI, if it matters.

What if I want it to forward in Day Mode too? Haven't had a change to look at the form yet, so there could be an option.

It overflows in day, the destination is the Night1 defined DN
