I have a customer using an SCN. Calls come into the main location off of the PRI and is distributed to the remote locations.
I have a few users with the "Forward No Answer" checked. These calls are just being transfered to another internal user if they cannot answer the phone.
When you call User1's DID, it rings, if she doesn't answer, it transfers to the correct person. However, when you make that call, User1's phone doesn't ring (DND is NOT on), since she can't pick it up, it transfers to User2.
If I dial User1's extension internally... it rings and acts as it should.
I watched the call come in on Call Status, as my phone was ringing, the call never showed up until it forwarded to User2...
This is only happening with one user, I can't see what is wrong here...
