Hi,
I would like forward the IP target and port target to another IP/port target. With NAT work the translations of IP/port source to another, but how do I forward ip/port target to another ip/port target??

My device is a 2801 (2 ethernets)

Thanks!

I think the question might be once the IP NAT Translation is complete, how is the packet routed.

If that is the case, then it would follow the routing set up on the router for the inside translation.

If you need more information you may want to provide configs and inside/outside IP Address or examples of such.

Hi,
I have to translate the IP/port target 1.1.1.1 8001 to 2.2.2.2 80.
My Outside NAT is fa0/0 (IP 1.1.1.1) and my inside NAT is fa0/1 (IP 2.2.2.4)

Thanks..

ip nat inside source static tcp 2.2.2.4 80 int fa0/0 8001

Burt
