I have two IP office systems connected via T1. When a customer calls in on the remote site I want to send the call to our Main queue without incurring long distance charges.
Right now I have an incoming call route using the line group id and the destination is Main. I received our bill for the remote site and the analog line is still dialing our main number. How can I utilize the T1?

Not knowing exactly what you have, you need to check and see what line ID number your point to point T1 is using. you would then need to make sure your inbound call route is sending the calls to the point to point T1 and not just using the forward feature to send them over your other T1 (if that is how you have the IP Office configured).

Thanks for the help. All I had to do was change the destination in my incoming call route to "VM:Maingreeting".
