Hi, it is CS1000 release 5.0.
An executive have digital tel set with key module. This extension have many BFS and HOT D XX lines made on key module.
When the executive Forward his Tel set (using FORWARD key)to his PA then all calls either on key 0 or either on BFS or HOT D key gets forward to the PA extension. However the executive required that only key 0 calls must be forward to PA set all other calls hitting BFS or HOT D must ring on his own extension (even extension has been forwarded to PA set).
Is it possible to forward all calls hitting key 0 to other extension (using forward key) and all other calls hitting BFS/HOT D must ring on the prime extension.

It might be possible to use the FFC feature of CFHO to allow an extension to be called even it it has a call forward set on it.

I've used this for customers who find it annoying when users leave their phones with a call forward set and they know that someone is by the phone.

Hi Pal, actually the BFS and HOT D are all executive extensions, it will be difficult to educate all executives to dial FFC and then extension. Is there any workaround??

If you can educate the one executive to use an FFC then you could program his DN on a data TN with an SCPW then use the Remote Call Forward feature.

Or build a phone with all the marps except the one he wants to be able to forward?

Build a digital phone on a data port of a digital line card. Like 56 0 0 16. Then you dont have to use an actual phone and it wont get disabled. Program it with 2 addon modules. Then just program any of the keys that you dont want to forward onto it. SCN or SCR.

The executive will only be able to forward dn's that are on Key 0 or if it only has one appearance.
