I today installed a new AVAYA IPO with Firmware 9.1.4.0 Build 137.
There are two ISDN-Lines / 4 ISDN-channels.
Now I have the problem, that I cannot forward incoming external calls
to external.
Forwarding the incoming external call to an internal extension is OK.
Also having an three person Conference with the incoming external call
and than inviting another external is OK.
When I try to forward the incoming external call, and dial more than three or four
digits, I get a busy message on my phone.
Before there was a telephone systen AUERSWALD Commander 6000
and the users say, forwarding to external was no problem with it.
Taking a short look a AVAYA IPO SysMonitor I discovered no cause,
but I think I may look further or post something here.
Anyone with a tip what I should have a look at, before going deeper
with the Monitor-program ?
