We have a field user that has an internal extension but no physical phone and it forwards directly to his cell phone.
The department heads want there to be a backup number that can be rolled over to another user in case the main user is not available.
Here is the screenshot of what they came up with.
The top number is the primary and the bottom is the secondary.
What's happening the primary cell phone is ringing 1 time before rolling to the secondary.
Is there a way we can have it ring 3-4 times (20ish seconds) before rolls to the secondary?
