We have a facility whose phone extensions are down currently so we want to be able to forward their extensions to cell phone numbers. Can someone please tell me how I would do that?
Thanks.

If the phones are down at the facility how would you do any of these changes? The answer to the question is you can't do it when the system is down.

It's a phone system, NOT a clock!

Unless it has copper trunks(not likely) but you could then jump on the trunk and forward with your butt set.

The system at the remote location is down, but they go through the pbx at my location so the phones still ring, they just don't go anywhere.

If they are routed to to remote pbx via CDP, then you will need to delete all the CDP/DSC/LSC's for them and build them as individual phantom's with the phantom's DCFW set to their cell phone numbers. You will chew up two trunks of your sites trunking for every call during it's duration. Might be easier to fix the remote switch.
