forward email to windows email server?

hi all

i have a qestion about sendmail. we have aix servers and linux servers which are using sendmail as email server. all aix and linux servers have scripts in local hard drives, those will monitor system and send email to notice SA.
but in our internal network, the windows email server is the main email server, so all other email servers will forward emails to that windows email server.

the question is that email coming from aix server shows user name like "root@aix.com", on the otherhand, email coming from linux shows user name like this "root" without indicating the linux server's domain.

i do not know how to let email coming from linux shows like root@linux.com.

any idea?
