Forward email button in slice tool command?

I am creating an e-mail newsletter in Photoshop and slicing various sections to direct people to our URL etc. One of the slices I would like to create is a Tell-a-Friend button that will forward the html page that they are looking at to their friends. In other words, I want to send them an email with the URL in the body and have the reader be able to forward the current email with my URL in it to someone else. Like a a CTRL+F command embeddded in the slice.

Does anybody know how to do that?

I might be wrong but I don't think you can directly do that in photoshop or imageready if you know how to edit HTML's I think you might have to do it there or with a program like dreamweaver you might have better luck with your question in a dreamweaver forum.
