I have 2 bcm-50 systems linked together over the customers existing data network. They have 4 digit extension dialing between the branches. A pri circuit comes in to the main branch system and has DID blocks for each branch. An employee from the remote branch moved to the main branch and wants to take his DID number with him. What is the best way to accomplish this? Currently I have that DID number line redirected to the DID of his new extension but I'm sure there is a better way.
Thanks in advance,
Doug

If all DID's come in on the same PRI at the main unit then all you should have to do is give him the Target Line it comes in on.
