forward DID calls to external number 1

Hi
i can't forward DID calls to external numbers, i get error tone when i try to call DID number forwarded to external number
i change in the configuration of the options RDR and FTR from CFO to CFF

do any one have any idea about what is the solution
PBX is opt. 81c
telephones are IP

How are you trying to forward the call?

Please be as specific as possible, and post relevant printouts from your PBX. This will help us troubleshoot your problem, and give you a helpful solution.

A suggestion:

Check the TARG of the routes incoming / outgoing. Except for TARG = 0, if the values are the same, then the should be blocked.

i did the changes you mentioned it gives me now NUMBER is BUSY

is there any configuration i have to do.
what i noticed that there is no channels in DOD is busy during the call so because i change the configuration of ICOG to IAO it returns back to the same channel which cause to give busy tone

Try changinging the FOPT to "0" I beleive that may be restricting at 14.

but still it's not forwarding the calls to external number
the idea how it can take the DOD channels

I get Nortel 1000M and try to connect through H.323 trunks to Cisco Gateway, The call is estableshed ober Codec G.711 but when i put it on hold it doesn't function even even i return back from the hold i get on e call way path,

Did any one experience before problems with Connectivity with Cisco Gateways and how were solved?

Are your having the problem with all phones or just a particular phone? You probably will want to try another phone and make sure that the problem is not common. Then you will want to check the restriction level of the phone/phones, maybe the phone/phones are not allowed to dial out, if so you will not be able to do external fowarding.

mrmhar, the example TN you gave us does not ever seem to have successfully activated Call Forward, at least since July 1 - that's well before you even posted your original question.

I say that because the CFW KEY remembers where it was last forwarded (or attempted to be forwarded) but your CFW KEY is blank.

Can you explain that?

OK, that makes sense. Did the number following the "9" start with a 1 or 0?

If so, then CLS of TLD could be the problem. CLS TLD blocks 0 and 1 as a leading digit.
